Auto Lock mode prevents any accidental button operation that could affect your daily and workout usage. When your watch is locked, you cannot open or select any menus or start/pause/finish a workout using the dial and buttons. The Back/Lap button is still accessible even when auto lock is enabled, so you can access the Toolbox menu and lap your workout.
Your COROS watch* uses Scroll to Unlock as the default setting. To unlock the watch, scroll the dial in one direction until the green circle around the watch face is complete.
*Applies to PACE 2/PACE 3/PACE Pro/APEX/APEX Pro/APEX 2/APEX 2 Pro/VERTIX/VERTIX 2/VERTIX 2S.
