Downloading Training Plans from TrainingPeaks to COROS

Your COROS account can receive workouts and training plans from TrainingPeaks, and sync your completed COROS activities, resting heart rate, HRV, and sleep data to TrainingPeaks.

Connecting Your Accounts

To set up the integration between your COROS and TrainingPeaks accounts, please follow the steps below:
  1. Open the COROS app to the Profile page.
  2. Scroll down and choose Settings → 3rd party apps → Data Sync → TrainingPeaks.
  3. Log in to your TrainingPeaks account to authorize the connection.
  4. Your TrainingPeaks plan will display on your COROS calendar from the Progress page of the COROS app (first tab on the bottom).
  5. If you don't see your plan right away, go to the Profile page in the COROS app (fourth tab on bottom) and select Training Plan Library.  From there, select your TrainingPeaks training plan, select the Start Training Plan button, and you should see the next 7 days of workouts appear in your COROS calendar.

Making Changes to Your Training Plan

If you or your coach have made changes to your TrainingPeaks calendar, please manually sync the changes to your COROS app. To do so, go to the first page in your COROS app → open the Training Calendar → select the three dots in the top corner → click Refresh. After this, you can then send these changes to your device by selecting the "Sync with your device" button.

To make changes to your training plan, please note that modifications must be made directly on TrainingPeaks and cannot be altered through the COROS app.

Supported Workouts

Currently COROS only supports the following workouts from TrainingPeaks. All other workout types will not be synced to the training plan section on your COROS app/device. We may add more categories in the future. 

  • Run
  • Bike
  • Swim
  • Strength
    • Note: Workouts created with the "New Strength Builder" can only be completed in the TrainingPeaks app, and cannot be synced to your COROS account.

Troubleshooting

If your Training Peaks plan is not appearing in your COROS calendar, please try disconnecting both apps from the 3rd party apps page. Then, force close both apps. Open the COROS app again and try connecting once more.

After this, please go to the Profile page (fourth tab on bottom), then select your Training Plan Library.  From here, manually select Training Peaks and start the plan, and you should see the next 7 days of workouts appear in your COROS calendar.
