When contacting a COROS Expert, it's important to share the serial number and 6-digit ID code associated with your device. This will allow the team to find your device within our system and reference necessary internal information, so they can provide a solution for your case as quickly as possible. To find this information associated with your device, please follow the instructions below.
Serial Number
Each product has a unique 10-digit serial number, which can be located either on the device's packaging, within the COROS App, or on the device itself.
Open COROS App → Navigate to Profile Page → tap on device icon under "My Devices" → tap "About"
Product ID
Each device has a 6-Digit ID number which can be located either on the device itself, within the COROS App, within the device's settings, or in the "Connected Devices" page of your smart device's Bluetooth settings.
- Watch → System → Pair Phone → next to the QR code
- Watch → System → More Settings → Device's Info → Device ID
- Open COROS App → Navigate to Profile Page → tap on device icon under "My Devices"
- "About" Page
- Once connected to your phone or smart device → Bluetooth device name
