International Shipments and Potential Customs-Related Delays

If your COROS.com order is delayed in customs, it may have been selected for an additional customs review.

When shipping orders directly from manufacturers in Asia, a small percentage of orders may be randomly selected for secondary customs review. While we're aware this is inconvenient, we want to assure you that we do everything possible to ensure that your order will reach you as quickly as possible. If you receive a notice from a delivery service that your COROS order has been delayed for customs, rest assured our team is already monitoring these orders and working directly with the carrier to verify the appropriate documentation and have your shipment released immediately.

There is action needed from your end. In the event you receive communication from the carrier requesting documents or information, please let us know by contacting us HERE and provide your order number and any information from the carrier and we will assist you.
