We recently made pricing updates to both the COROS PACE 3 and PACE Pro GPS watches across our online stores. If you purchased either model within the past 60 days on the COROS.com sites listed below, we are offering a complimentary credit for the price difference you may be eligible for.
This page will help you understand the new pricing, why it changed, and how to request store credit if you qualify.

✅ Who is eligible for store credit?
You may qualify for store credit if:
- You purchased a PACE 3 or PACE Pro
- Within 60 days before November 14, 2025 (September 15 or later)
- Directly from one of our COROS.com regional sites
Eligible sites: COROS.com, COROS.com/es, COROS.com/fr, COROS.com/de, COROS.com/eu, COROS.com/ca, COROS.com/uk
Applications for store credit will be accepted until January 1, 2026.
❌ Who is NOT eligible?
You are not eligible for store credit if:

You purchased a refurbished, second-hand, or resold device

📝 How to request store credit
Eligible customers will receive store credit equal to the price difference (before tax and shipping):
Eg: PACE 3 Original Price ($229 USD) - New Price ($199 USD) = $30 USD Store Credit
Store credit can be issued to any supported COROS.com regional site of your choice and is valid for 12 months.
⏳ Processing Time
Once submitted, our team will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days. If approved, you will receive a store credit code to use on your selected COROS.com regional site.

What can I use store credit on?
Store credit can be used toward any product available on the regional COROS.com site where it is issued.
Can I receive a refund instead?
No. Store credit is the only compensation option for eligible price adjustment requests.
Can I submit multiple watches?
Yes. You may submit a request for each qualifying watch purchased, but each device must be submitted separately.
