View Activities In Progress

Your activities can now sync to the app before you finish them on your watch, allowing you to review their details during breaks. This is especially useful when you select the Resume Later option, so you can review your stats in full before resuming the activity.

Requirements

The In-Progress Activity View is only available for select activity modes (those that support the Resume Later function): Run, Track Run, Trail Run, Hike, Road Bike, Gravel Bike, Mountain Bike, Fishing modes, Ski, Snowboard, XC Ski, Ski Touring, Outdoor Climb, and Mountain Climb.

The data you see in the In-Progress Activity View updates during pauses, including while Resume Later is active.

How It Works

While tracking an activity on your COROS device, open your COROS app to the first page and scroll down below the Extender preview. There you will see the in-progress activity summary. Opening that activity will allow you to view all of the details up until the current pause, such as your GPS track, average pace/speed, accumulated Training Load, and more.

The in-progress activity summary only updates during pauses. If you don't see your activity in the first page of the COROS app and your watch is paused, try swiping down from the first page in the COROS app to refresh.

Tip: To view your data updating in real time, try opening the Extender preview. Extender mirrors your watch data on your phone in real time, including a full map and GPS track for outdoor activities. In comparison, the In-Progress Activity View is best for summarized activity stats, such as full lap details that update periodically (during pauses).
