Live Tracking
Live Tracking lets your friends and family follow you in real time and see your GPS track, heart rate, and more - ideal for races, events, or big efforts. You can utilize this feature in two ways:
- Scheduled Tracking: Generate a link ahead of time, with the option to upload your planned route so spectators can see where you're headed. Your link won't go live until the set start time. To get started, open your COROS app to the Profile page, and scroll down to the Live Tracking menu.
- On-Demand Tracking: Create a tracking link mid-activity. Open your COROS app to the first page and select the share icon from the Extender preview window.

New Sleep Metrics and Updates
We've made several improvements to sleep tracking and introduced new sleep metrics.
-
New Sleep Score calculation: Your sleep quality is now evaluated based on total sleep time, percentage of time you spent in each sleep stage, bedtime consistency, and sleep stress. In addition, naps now impact your overall sleep score.
- Edit your sleep logs: You can now delete a recorded sleep, crop the beginning and ending of a sleep session, or extend your recorded sleep - all in the app. And if your sleep was recorded as two separate sessions, you can also merge these together if they were recorded less than 2 hours apart.
- Sleep Trends: At the bottom of the Sleep card, you can see how last night’s sleep compared to the past 7 nights.
-
Bedtime Consistency: COROS tracks your bedtime consistency and provides a suggested target bedtime to help you maintain regular habits.
- Sleep Stress: This new metric reflects physical and mental pressure you experience during sleep, which may be caused by recent high intensity exercise, alcohol, or large meals shortly before bed.
- Historical trends: By toggling between daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly views, you can track historical sleep trends across several areas including sleep scores, total sleep time, and average interruptions per night.

Updates to Daily Heart Rate
We’ve made it easier to see and interpret your Daily Heart Rate trends. The updated Daily HR page in the app now provides you with more detailed insights across Daily, Sleep, and Exercise trends. In addition, the Daily HR graph includes much finer detail, so you can see more clearly how your HR has fluctuated during the course of your day.
And More
Dedicated MCP page: From the Profile page in the app, you can now view instructions to set up COROS MCP from the Settings menu. You can also refresh authorization for existing connectors from this page.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): You can now add 2FA via email for your COROS account to help increase your account security. To get started, open the Profile page to the Settings menu, and select Account & Security.
Treadmill speed optimizations: Your watch will more intuitively prompt you when you may want to adjust the speed during your structured interval workouts.
New intensity zone colors: We've updated the intensity zone colors across the app, watches, and Training Hub, making your intensity distribution easier to see for your heart rate and pace graphs.
Metronome optimizations: On COROS NOMAD, PACE 4, and APEX 4, the Metronome can now be played through connected Bluetooth headphones.
