Shipping, return, and warranty policies vary by region. Please select the region where your order was placed:


The following policies apply to orders made from ca.coros.com and coros.com/ca only.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are placed on coros.ca and have a delivery address in Canada.
  • The cut-off time for processing and shipping orders is 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed on a holiday or Saturday - Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
  • Weekend delivery is subject to the carrier and may not be applicable.
  • COROS offers FREE ground shipping for orders over CAD $45 in Canada. Otherwise, Standard Limited shipping is CAD $5 and Express shipping CAD $25.
  • P.O. Box addresses are not supported.
  • Orders associated with reshipment services, including third-party freight forwarders, are not supported. 
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has been fulfilled.
  • Orders can no longer be canceled after they have been processed.
  • Funds will be held for your entire order and billed as each item is shipped. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

While we’ll make every effort to accommodate changes, please understand that we cannot guarantee address updates once an order has been processed or fulfilled.

Address Changes After Fulfillment

After your order has been fulfilled, we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address or reroute the package. This is because our orders are processed quickly to ensure on-time delivery. To avoid any delivery issues, we recommend verifying your shipping information before placing your order.


Return Policy

  • COROS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee return policy.
  • If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.
  • Products must be returned in their original physical condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • COROS does not cover shipping costs for products that are returned for a refund.
  • Approved refund takes up to 5 business days to show up on your bank account.
  • Original shipping costs and customs are not refundable.
  • When returning items, please retain a tracking number as proof of shipment. Without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee processing your return or refund in case the item is lost or delayed during transit.
To request a return, please follow these steps:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Enter the six-digit verification code.
  1. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  2. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  3. Select a return reason and add a note.
  4. Click Request return. If your return request is approved, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
  5. Reply with your tracking number and shipping receipt so we can track your return.
Once your return has been delivered to our Return Department, it can take 5-7 business days to initiate the refund process including return inspection.
