Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If you placed an order on coros.com and the tracking details for your package says Delivered and you cannot locate the package:

  1. Look around the delivery location.
  2. Ask the other members of your household and neighbors.
  3. Check outside to see if the carrier left a notice of attempted delivery.
  4. In some cases, packages may be marked as Delivered for up to 2 business days prior to actual arrival.
