Follow the steps below to connect your COROS account with V.O2 and ensure your workouts sync seamlessly to your watch:
- Getting started: Open the V.O2 app on your smartphone and go to More > Connect Apps > Connect with COROS.
Add your V.O2 training plan to your COROS calendar: Once you've connected both accounts from the V.O2 app, you will need to manually add the training plan to your COROS calendar. To do so, open the COROS app and go to the Profile page > Training Plan Library. From here, select your V.O2 training plan and choose "start training plan." This will add the plan to your calendar.
View your V.O2 plan in the COROS app: Once you've selected your V.O2 plan from the COROS Training Plan Library, you can view it from the first page in the COROS app, by scrolling down and selecting the Training Calendar. Your scheduled workouts will appear in this calendar view for the next 7 days.
- Sync with your COROS watch: Make sure to sync your COROS watch with the COROS app to refresh the training plan and send your V.O2 workouts to your watch.
Follow workouts with your COROS watch: Once your plan is synced to your watch, simply open Run or Track Run mode, and you will be prompted to follow the workout scheduled for the current day (if one is available).
Important notes about syncing V.O2 and COROS:
- Adding V.O2 as a Training Plan is required before any workouts will appear on your watch (see Step #2 above).
- Syncing your watch is necessary after adding V.O2 to your COROS calendar. This ensures your watch receives the latest workouts and GPS data.
- Your next 7 days of training will always be visible. V.O2 automatically refreshes your upcoming week each day, keeping your plan up to date.
- If you modify a workout in V.O2, updated or rescheduled activities may temporarily appear as "Deleted" on your COROS calendar. This is expected behavior and will resolve automatically.
