Pair and train with the COROS POD 2 from the COROS app
- Go to the Profile page on the COROS app.
- Tap "Add a New Device" and select COROS COROS POD 2.
- Complete the pairing process once the app finds the COROS POD 2.
- Update any available firmware update as suggested.
*Please note: The COROS POD 2 cannot be used without a COROS watch.
Pair and train with the COROS POD 2 from the COROS watch
- On the COROS watch: main watch face > System > Accessories > Add ANT+ > select COROS POD 2
- Wait for the COROS POD 2 to show up on the pairing list and complete the process.
Charging the COROS POD 2
The COROS POD 2 Charging Dock can fully charge the POD 2 five times. The Charging Dock can be charged using the included USB-C charging cable.

- Ensure your COROS watch is on the latest firmware before using the POD 2 with your watch.

- Open the COROS app and select the correct workout history.
- On the detailed workout page, scroll down and view supported advanced data metrics listed below.

*Please note: To receive L/R Balance, Ground Contact Time, Stride Height, and Stride Ratio data, you may pair the COROS POD 1 to the watch using Bluetooth. The COROS POD 1 must be worn on the waist and connected using Bluetooth, and the COROS POD 2 must be connected using ANT+ directly from the watch.
