*The COROS cadence sensor is available for purchase in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
1. Insert a new battery into the cadence sensor.
The COROS Bike Cadence Sensor operates on a CR2032 V3 button cell battery. To open the battery cover, twist the cover counterclockwise. After placing the new battery inside, twist the cover clockwise to secure it. The LED light on the front of the sensor will illuminate to indicate the sensor is awake.
2. Connect with the COROS app.
- You will need to download and create a COROS account to set up your cadence sensor.
- Once you are logged in, open your COROS app to the Profile page (fourth tab on the bottom).
- Select "Add New Device".
- Scan the QR code that came with the instruction manual in the box.
- Wait for the pairing process to complete.
3. Mount the sensor on your bike.
- Place the cadence sensor on the inner side of the crank arm. We recommend placing the sensor on the non-drive crank arm.
- Locate the band that best fits the width of your crank arm (the band sizes are 80mm, 67mm, and 58mm). Wrap the band around the crank arm and secure it to the hooks on both sides of the cadence sensor.
- Once the sensor is mounted, you can wake it up again by rotating the crank arms twice.
