Getting Started
Please follow the instructions below to set a new track size for your watch to record during activity:
- Select the "Track Run" activity mode
- Before pressing "Start," scroll down and select the option "Track 400m"
- This may also read as "Track 200m," "Track 300m," or show a different number depending on your previous custom track size settings.
- Select whether you are recording a workout on a 200 meter, 300 meter, or 400 meter outdoor track. If your track surface is of a different size from these available options, select "Custom" and set your surface's specific lane 1 length.
- Please note: the non-standard track size feature can support any outdoor track length between 200 meters and 400 meters.
- Once your track size is set, scroll down to choose which lane you plan to perform the workout in.
- The watch will automatically adjust each lane to accurately match your selected track size.
- Once the track size is configured and your lane selection is made, you can review the additional options available in Track Run mode and begin your workout!
COROS Support Insights
If you are performing your workout on an indoor track, please use the Indoor Run mode. Track Run mode (including non-standard track settings) requires a GPS connection, which may be limited while indoors. The Indoor Run mode instead utilizes a pace-cadence model to calculate distance specifically for indoor running. For more information on how our devices track indoor runs, please click here.
