Changing COROS Watch Bands

COROS PACE watch bands require a replacement tool to be removed and changed.

• Separate the replacement tool from the holder by twisting both ends.
• Unscrew the band carefully.
• Remove the hinge pin from the band.
• Insert the hinge pin to the new band.
• Secure the new band to the COROS PACE watch.

• Locate the metal pin on the band.
• Slide the pin on the spring bar to release the old band.
• Slide the pin on the spring bar and insert the new band to the watch.

Note: Compatible with APEX 2 watch bands.

• Locate the metal pin on the band.
• Slide the pin on the spring bar to release the old band.
• Slide the pin on the spring bar and insert the new band to the watch.

COROS PACE 3 nylon watch bands are 22mm wide and was designed specifically for the lightweight body of the PACE 3. The COROS PACE 3 may be compatible with select 3rd party quick-release bands, although this has not been tested.

• To remove the quick release bar, press down on the lever with your fingernail until it is fully compressed.
• To remove the quick release pin, push the pin to the side until you can remove the band.
• To insert the new band to the watch, attach the quick release pin by sliding one end into the bottom lug. Slide the quick release pin until the second pin snaps into place.
• Slide one end of the quick release bar into the lug. Pull down on the lever with your fingernail until the bar is aligned and snaps into place.

PACE Pro is compatible with 22mm bands. The bands attach with a quick release mechanism, so you can conveniently swap your current band for a new one.

Silicone Band: 

• To remove the quick release bar, press down on the lever with your fingernail until it is fully compressed.
• To remove the quick release pin, push the pin to the side until you can remove the band.
• To insert the new band to the watch, attach the quick release pin by sliding one end into the bottom lug.
• Slide the quick release pin until the second pin snaps into place.
• Slide one end of the quick release bar into the lug. Pull down on the lever with your fingernail until the bar is aligned and snaps into place.

Nylon Band:

• One end of the nylon band will have a quick release built in. Use your fingernail to slide the quick release lever until it is pressed all the way.
• Once the lever is pressed all the way, this will release the bar, allowing you to attach one end of the bar against the hole in the watch lug.
• Align the other end of the quick release bar to the opposite watch lug. Release the lever and let the bar snap into place. Gently tug on the band to check that it is secure.
• The other end of the nylon band has two Velcro fasteners.  First, with the Velcro undone, slide the entire band through the bar on the other side of the watch body.
• Next, fold the band over the bar to your desired wrist size. 
• Secure the nylon band by folding the edge with the COROS logo against the band.  This will prevent the band from slipping out of the quick release bar.

• Locate the metal pin on the band.
• Slide the pin on the spring bar to release the old band.
• Slide the pin on the spring bar and insert the new band to the watch.

• Slide the pin on the spring bar to release the old band.
• Slide the pin on the spring bar and insert the new band to the watch.

• Locate the metal pin on the band.
• Slide the pin on the spring bar to release the old band.
• Slide the pin on the spring bar and insert the new band to the watch.

• Locate the metal pin on the band.
• Slide the pin on the spring bar to release the old band.
• Slide the pin on the spring bar and insert the new band to the watch.

• Locate the metal pin on the band.
• Slide the pin on the spring bar to release the old band.
• Slide the pin on the spring bar and insert the new band to the watch.

COROS VERTIX watch bands are 22mm wide and compatible with select 3rd party quick fit bands.

• Locate the latch on the band.
• Slide the latch to release the band.
• Press the new band into place.

COROS VERTIX 2 / VERTIX 2S watch bands are 26mm wide and compatible with select 3rd party quick fit bands.

• Locate the latch on the band.
• Slide the latch to release the band.
• Press the new band into place.

KIPRUN GPS 500 watch bands require a replacement tool to be removed and changed.

• Separate the replacement tool from the holder by twisting both ends.
• Unscrew the band carefully.
• Remove the hinge pin from the band.
• Insert the hinge pin to the new band.
• Secure the new band to the KIPRUN GPS 500 watch.

• Locate the metal pin on the band.
• Slide the pin on the spring bar to release the old band.
• Slide the pin on the spring bar and insert the new band to the watch.

Note: Compatible with APEX 2 Pro watch bands.
