If the watch is auto restarting and unresponsive, please follow the steps below to fix the issue on your watch.
- Remove the watch from the COROS app > Profile page > tap on the watch image > Remove device.*
- Forget the Bluetooth connection on the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone.
- Restart your iPhone.
- Reconnect the watch with your phone via the COROS app.
*Removing the watch from your app may delete all activities saved locally on your watch. Activities already synced to your COROS app will not be affected.
