Indoor Runs

On your COROS watch: COROS watches estimate pace using cadence and a powerful cadence-pace model. If your pace seems inaccurate, you can rely on the post-workout distance calibration feature. After you enter the corrected distance, your watch will update the cadence-pace model to improve future indoor pacing accuracy at all cadence levels.

For eligible indoor runs, your watch will automatically prompt you to confirm the total distance before saving. An indoor run qualifies if:

  • No manual speed was selected
  • A structured workout or training plan was not used
  • The recorded distance is at least 1 km

In the COROS app: You can also edit the total distance of an indoor run in the app:

  1. Open the Activities page and select the indoor run you want to update.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and choose Edit.
  3. Select the Distance field and enter the new value.

Your updated distance will automatically adjust your average pace in the activity summary.

Note: Editing distance does not affect medals shown on your Profile page.
