Empty Box Return (B016)
This watch has been reported as an empty box return. If you have purchased this watch from unauthorized marketplaces like eBay or OfferUp, please contact the seller or the marketplace immediately to request a full refund.

Stolen Watch (B014)
This watch has been reported stolen. If found, please contact COROS support for a prepaid label to return this watch. If you have purchased this watch from unauthorized marketplaces like eBay or OfferUp, please contact the seller or the marketplace immediately to request a full refund.
Action Required/Service Update (B006/B008)
This watch has been included in a mandatory recall. Please visit this page for more details.
Lost Watch (B007)
This watch has been reported lost. If found, please contact COROS support for a prepaid label to return this watch.
Defective Watch (B009)
This watch has been deactivated due to the replacement unit being activated by the owner.
All COROS watches purchased from COROS.com or any authorized re-seller come with a 2-year manufacture's warranty. When a warranty claim is approved by COROS, the watch owner is entitled to a replacement watch. Once the replacement watch has been issued and activated, the defective watch will lose all functions and become deactivated automatically. Please do not try and sell any defective watches.
Disabled Watch (B010)
This watch has been deactivated due to reasons including but not limited to hardware defects and violation of COROS Terms of Service.

This watch is for in-store demo purposes only and not for resale.
