If you’ve lost your COROS watch or it has been stolen, we understand how distressing this situation can be. Here are the steps you should take to report the incident:
- File a Police Report: The first and most important step is to file a police report with your local law enforcement agency. Provide them with as much information as possible, including the watch’s serial number, description, and any relevant circumstances.
- Notify Your Insurance: If you have personal property insurance, contact your insurance provider to report the loss or theft. They may require a copy of the police report and other documentation.
- Stay Vigilant: Keep an eye out for any updates from law enforcement regarding your report. Sometimes, stolen property is recovered during unrelated investigations.

We recommend using the Find My Phone & Find My Watch feature to locate your COROS watch if you suspect it's been misplaced within your home. To successfully use the Find My Watch feature, your phone and watch should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of each other. Please be aware that walls can potentially block the Bluetooth connection, and therefore we recommend testing this feature in each room of your home to optimize your search.
