Use the Jump Rope activity mode on your COROS watch to help you better measure Training Load and track unique metrics associated with your workout. Whether used as your main form of cardiovascular conditioning, or as a method to cross-train for other activities, jump rope can help establish a well-rounded training program to help you achieve your individual fitness goals.
